Project Risk Management

Project Risk Management includes six processes with the goal of increasing the probability and impact of positive risks and decreasing the same for negative risks. This is accomplished by planning, identification, prioritizing, impact analysis, response planning, monitoring and controlling project risks. Following diagram describes the processes of Project Risk Management.
